The Del Sol Lions Club and Foundation
Serving Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, and Carmel Valley
The Del Sol Lions Club and 501(c)3 Foundation were founded in 2010 to serve the communities of Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, and Rancho Santa Fe. In our first 12 years, the Del Sol Lions have raised $485,000 and reinvested over $400,000 back into the local community in a range of programs, including back-to-school supplies and eye exams/glasses for at-risk kids, food distributions to local families in need, and donations to other non-profits doing critical work including Casa de Amistad, St. Leo Mission, Blind Stokers, and the Community Resource Center. Club members have also completed 275 service and fundraising projects and accumulated over 11,800 volunteer hours!
Monthly Meetings
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 5:30 – 7:00 PM at La Colonia Community Center at 715 Valley Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075. Each month we have a different speaker from our community. Please go to the Calendar. Events Tab for details. Everyone is welcome!
